You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless pak92, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgements, awards, losses, costs, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your violation of this Agreement, your use of the pak92 platform, or any third-party claim arising from your conduct on the platform.
15.1 pak92 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by regulatory obligation.
15.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the pak92 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remainder of the Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
17.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak92's international gaming licence is issued. By accepting these terms, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and regulatory bodies of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement.
17.2 Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute process, you must first contact pak92 support via live chat or by email at [email protected] and allow pak92 a period of thirty (30) days to attempt informal resolution of the dispute.
17.3 Formal Dispute. Where informal resolution is not achieved within thirty days, disputes may be escalated to the dispute resolution body specified by pak92's licensing authority. Details of the applicable body are available from pak92 support on request.
